The producer of the song, says otherwise. He, along with the songs co-writers, Gaga and Jeppe Laursen, were obviously notified, and know she Madonna has to pay to perform their song.

Madonna can afford to cast her a few pennies. She will still be in the Top 10 tours of all-time.
