Each time I listen to it, i really think of Kylie
The way she sings, the disco bells in the second chorus...
Plus, she loves Kylie

My best friend works with her a lot and she's very inspired by Imogen Heap lol
I think she mixes that ambiance with heavy R&B Influences

I don't hear it.
Though I'd be interested in some heavily Kylie inspired songs, for the gay dance pop half ( the Break Free/Be Alright s) of her next release.
