I've been to a lot of concerts alone this year, all (5-ish) but 1 I think

It was my first time in January, and it wasn't that weird tbh. But I mean, I just take the train, walk 5 minutes to the venue and then walk back to the train station so it's not much to worry about. Waiting alone is sort of awkward though, but with a fully charged phone it's not a big deal to me

Sometimes you'll meet people to talk to while in line too, I met a girl in line for Adam Lambert that also went alone so it was a great coincidence we got beside each other in line

If you need to go to the bathroom or get food while in line, people are usually nice and will keep your spot while you go to do what you need, so I wouldn't worry much about that. Depends on how early you get there of course.
Honestly, just breathe and try to be calm about it, look at the positive sides (I know this sounds stupid, but it can help me to think this way when I get anxious). Just know it will be worth it and you'll have loads of fun! Most things will go smooth, and if a problem appears either call a friend or family member if you can't find a solution and need someone to talk to
