I really want 2 singles before the album and I honestly think she needs that too, so I hope they make it. Maybe the second single could come in late July / early August? And she can use the live shows of The Voice to plug the 3rd single

The 2nd single better be just as good or even better than "In Common" to keep up the momentum for that length of time...

Honestly this rollout is giving TSI teas There will be a second single for sure, but In Common has not taken off as of yet.

She released "New Day" months before her last album. It looks like she is doing the same thing here.

I kind of understand what they're doing there. They're giving her time to finish up what needs to be finished but also see if they can get a strong single before the album. Not too bad, but the wait is definitely pretty long.

tbh I dig the music she's been putting out (Unthinkable alone....such a jam) - but she and her team have NO sense for how to structure an era, build a sound that will generate buzz, stay relevant in today's industry, etc. the vocals she puts out sound great, but they don't have the power to cut through like they used to back when she was on top. I feel like her team is letting her down here
