And this is no different from years past when previous photos of Gomez and Bloom together have wrongly sparked romance rumors. The continued sightings are not because of a blossoming relationship, but close friendship. And you know what? Friends hang out in public places.

Even though Gossip Cop already debunked the claim that there’s something amorous going on between Gomez and Bloom, we still checked in with a source close to Perry, who exclusively assures us there’s “no truth” to HollywoodLies’ story. The singer doesn’t “blame” Gomez for a nonexistent tryst with her boyfriend, because it simply didn’t happen.
