I rather her reference her husband of 8 years in her music than in tabloids & inteviews.

Y'all have to keep in mind that she's doing story telling. Which is based on numerous sources, her parents, women experiences,etc. The album is much more than "Becky" and whatever. She did Single Ladies after she just got married. She makes music relatable to people who can relate. She could still be talking about her ex from years ago as well. She never said it was based on her current relationship.
