For me it's the great pyramids.
If it's not amazing alone that the Egyptians were able to build such magnificent structures over 5000 YEARS ago, consider this
- it's made up of 2.3 million blocks of stone and granite, each weighing at least one ton. How were they transported there from as long as 600 miles away when the wheel had not been invented yet? Maybe on rafts down the Nile, but how'd they get them into the rafts?
- They're located in the exact center of the earth (not the core of the earth obviously, think about it as if the Earth was flat)
- the pi formula was used to construct them, but wouldn't be invented for several thousand years
- the three pyrmaids form a perfect Pythagorean triangle of 3, 4, and 5
- the pyramids were also giant sundials and calendars
- The pyramids face the exact magnetic north pole, but again the compass had not been invented.

maybe we just underestimate earlier humans.
