k there's some myths about the dark web, that aren't true:

Searching it will get you in trouble. FALSE I've searched up on it and nothing happened to me.
Going on it will get you in trouble. FALSE You can go on it, but don't go on any illegal sites.
There is unreleased music on the dark web. FALSE I've found .flac files on a dark web website that was for music. There is nothing unreleased. Hard to find in lossless? Yes. Unreleased? No. They also don't even have i+ over there.

Not every site is illegal, but most are. If you go on, just don't click on anything that you know is illegal (child ****, websites to get a hitman, drug money). I believe there's a wiki on there that's safe to look at. Most of the links for the dark web is dead anyway.

Edit: I thought the hitman things were real, but it's probably a ploy from the government to jail you It is honestly just a messy place that no one should really be on. What people posted above should help you.

Not all the stuff on there is illegal or bad, you only see the bad stuff if you go looking for it or click on random links. But that being said there are many bad things on there, like pedos, gore, red rooms, and hackers so it's best not to venture there without the right protection or else u could get in huge trouble
