NAOMI CAMPBELL
Sure, she may not be the best boss ever, but Naomi Campbell could certainly be the hottest one! She's just a few months shy of 40, but this age-defying supermodel's bod is as rockin' as ever. In fact, Campbell hit the runway during New York Fashion Week looking even better than she did in 1993 (above, l).
Despite her flawless figure, Campbell recently admitted even she gets insecure about aging, telling the UK's Daily Mail, 'I'm not immune to being insecure - especially as I'm getting older. But I love what I do, so I have to put in a little more effort. I do Pilates every day. I'll carry on doing runways until people stop wanting my services.'

MORGAN FAIRCHILD
Morgan Fairchild has been a sex symbol since the late '70s and probably always will be. The 60-year-old actress hasn't aged a day since she first hit the small screen in shows such as 'Dallas' and 'Mork & Mindy.' The stunning blond even wrote a book detailing her beauty secrets called 'Super Looks.'
Above, Fairchild in 1980 (l.) and 2010.

PIERCE BROSNAN
From 'Remington Steel' (l.) to James Bond, Pierce Brosnan has been steaming up big and small screens with his dashing good looks since the late '70s. And at 57, he's still going strong, appearing in the new romantic comedy 'Remember Me.'
|
Quote:
MERYL STREEP
Is that Meryl Streep’s twin? No, it’s just the big-screen star in 1979 (above, l). Streep, 60, has aged with grace and poise, maintaining her classic beauty throughout her lengthy Hollywood career. She says she keeps her youthful glow by staying out of the sun and not drinking too much alcohol.

MADONNA
While most singers let their voices do the work, Madonna's buff bod has remained central to her success over the past 25-plus years, with countless saucy videos and high-energy live shows that seem set to continue as she moves well past her fifties.
Her secret: Madonna has gone through more fitness fads than she has hair colors, but the Material Girl most recently got into shape with two-hour sweat sessions six days a week with former trainer Tracy Anderson. Prior to a falling out between the two, Anderson used a blend of dance, strength training and a custom-made Hybrid Body Reformer - similar to a Pilates machine - to keep Madonna in shape.

DEMI MOORE
Demi Moore, 47, doesn't just look as if she stopped the clock, she actually appears to be reversing time. Moore, who once said she uses 'highly trained medical leeches' to maintain her youthful appearance, has barely aged since her Brat Pack days.
However, the Daily Mail speculates that the star may have had upwards of $300,000 worth of cosmetic surgery - including liposuction, breast implants and work on her face - before her 2003 comeback.
Moore vehemently denies going under the knife. 'It's completely false - I've never had it done,' Moore said in a recent interview with French Marie Claire. 'But I would never judge those who have.'

JON BON JOVI
After almost 30 years in the music biz, how has the rocker lifestyle not taken its toll on Bon Jovi? Maybe he's been 'Livin' on a Prayer,' but something seems to be working for the 48-year-old singer-actor.
Above, Bon Jovi in 1995 (l.) and 2009.

STEPHANIE SEYMOUR
There are truly no words to describe how phenomenal Stephanie Seymour looks at age 41. The former supermodel, seen (l.) stomping down the catwalk in 1999, has graced the pages of Sports Illustrated swimsuit issues, Playboy and Victoria's secret catalogs, and now she's conquering Vanity Fair's December issue as well.
While she may be dealing with divorce drama, this nude pic, shot by photographer Mario Testino, is truly the sweetest revenge.

BROOKE SHIELDS
For someone who has been in the Hollywood spotlight nearly her entire life, Brooke Shields, 44, has barely aged since this photo was snapped during her child star days in 1980. Shields, who at age 14 became the youngest fashion model to appear on the cover of Vogue, has not had any plastic surgery.
'I don't know how I'm going to feel in a few years, [but] right now I'm attached to my face,' Brooke said in an interview with Access Hollywood. 'I'm used to it. I would not know what to do if it looked different. I think I would have claustrophobia.'
|
Quote:
ELIJAH WOOD
Elijah Wood first charmed us as an adorable child star (l., in 1994,) in flicks such as 'The Adventures of Huck Finn' and 'Free Willy.' Wood made the jump to adult stardom while maintaining his baby face as Frodo Biggins in the 'Lord of the Rings' trilogy.
The 29-year-old actor, who is set to star next in a biopic about singer Iggy Pop as a young man, works out regularly keep that body in shape. He's often photographed leaving his gym in Los Angeles with girlfriend Pamela Racine.

Quote:
VANESSA WILLIAMS
'Ugly Betty' actress Vanessa Williams is anything but ugly. And while the 46-year-old former Miss America admits to having a little help in the anti-aging department, she's certainly not ashamed. And why should she be? She looks fabulous!
Williams discussed her Botox injections in a 2007 Starpulse.com interview, saying, ''I did it after I turned 40, but I told the doctor, 'My face has got to move. I am not looking for perfection; I am looking for refreshment.' "

CHER
With looks like this, who says she has to turn back time? It’s hard to tell the difference between these two photos of the 63-year-old pop icon – one taken in 1987 (l.) and the other in 2009. Despite her great looks, Cher still seems apprehensive about the aging process. ‘I think it sucks,’ she once said in an interview with Oprah.
|
Quote:
ALEC BALDWIN
'30 Rock' star Alec Baldwin's looks seem to be withstanding the test of time, considering the only difference between his appearance in 1996 (l.) and 2010 (r.) seems to be a pair of unfortunate frames. But even though the Oscar co-host has a hot career and an even hotter look, Baldwin still expresses concerns about aging. The 51-year-old said he has considered going under the knife because he's unhappy with the effect the aging processes is having on his looks.
'I’m not saying I wouldn’t do something! I intend to do something. I probably will,' Baldwin revealed in an interview.

DIANE LANE
Diane Lane, 45, a true 'Brat Pack' babe, caught the attention of Hollywood alongside Tom Cruise and Robe Lowe in 'The Outsiders' in 1983. She's still giving her leading men a run for their money 25 years later.
Her secret: Good genes have helped Lane maintain her svelte figure, but she credits her gorgeous skin to using 'uncomplicated, healthy beauty products that work.'
|
Quote:
MICHELLE PFEIFFER
Nearly twenty years after Michelle Pfeiffer wowed audiences in her seductive role as Cat Woman in Tim Burton’s 'Batman Returns,' her meow hasn't changed a bit. Her flawless face and stunning figure aren't typical for the average woman in her fifties, but 51-year-old Pfeiffer hasn't come out and admitted to having any form of plastic surgery. The star has been featured a record six times in People Magazine’s '50 Most Beautiful People' issues.
|
Quote:
TOM CRUISE
He's clocked more than 25 years at the top of Hollywood's A-list since dancing around in his underpants in 1993's 'Risky Business,' yet Tom Cruise, 47, still manages to keep those boyish good looks.
His secret to staying young: Tom has admitted his struggles with junk food, but he makes sure he stays active. 'I like to hike, jog, sail, sky-dive, rollerblade and play squash and tennis,' he explains. 'And when I'm doing movies such as "Mission: Impossible," all those stunts keep me in good shape.'
|
Quote:
IMAN
Supermodel Iman's unblemished physique seems to ignore time altogether. Almost 30 years after this 1981 photo (l.) was taken, Iman continues to beat the clock and defy her 54 years. The beauty icon has mentioned in numerous interviews that her maintenance secrets include moisturizing religiously, using bronzer year-round and taking up studio boxing with a personal trainer.
|
Quote:
JOHNNY DEPP
Chameleon Johnny Depp, 46, who currently can be seen playing the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton's 'Alice in Wonderland,' looks as young as ever. Depp doesn't appear to have aged a day since his breakthrough role in 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' in 1985.
|
Quote:
ELLEN DEGENERES
Seems like funnywoman Ellen Degeneres is playing one of her pranks on us! At 52, the comedienne, talk show host and 'American Idol' judge looks even younger now than she did in the early 1990s. And as the new face of Covergirl's anti-aging makeup line, 'Simply Ageless,' Degeneres continues to beat the clock with her ageless appeal.

CLAUDIA SCHIFFER
Following in the footsteps of other famous supermodels of the '90s, Claudia Schiffer is growing old gracefully. In fact, you can hardly tell the difference between these photos taken in 1990 and 2009, respectively. And unlike other aging celebs, Schiffer said in an interview that she refuses to go the Botox route.
"It’s poison in my skin, and no one knows the long-term effects. I’m fare more scared of that than a wrinkle in my forehead."
|
Quote:
SCOTT WOLF
Who wasn't in love with Scott Wolf as Bailey Salinger on the hit '90s drama 'Party of Five'? And while he was smokin' in 1995 (l.), the 41-year-old star doesn't seem to have aged a day since then. With Wolf's boyish good looks and devilish grin, we wouldn't be surprised if he continues to melt women's hearts well into his 90s.

[B]COURTENEY COX[B]
Sure, she's the star of 'Cougar Town,' but does Courteney Cox naturally look this good at 45 years old? While the former 'Friends' star has admitted to dabbling in Botox, she's back to looking good the old-fashioned way, and still looks just as good as her 'Dancing in the Dark' video girl days.
'Botox? I think it's fantastic and also horrible. I mean, they've come up with this stuff that can make you not look angry,' she said in a 2008 interview with Marie Claire. 'But you have to use it sparingly. I went to this doctor once, and he was like, 'Oh, let me do it just here and here and here.' And I was miserable. I mean, I'm an actor, I've got to be able to move my face. When people start messing with their foreheads and can't lift their eyebrows, that's weird. It's not that I haven't tried Botox — but I hated it.'
Her hubby, David Arquette, hates plastic surgery, Cox said, adding, 'He loves the aging process. He thinks it's beautiful.'
Above (l-r), Cox in 1987, 2009.

TOM SELLECK
Tom Selleck, with his trademark mustache, will always be sexy, whether he's running around Hawaii in short shorts on 'Magnum P.I.,' or stealing Monica's heart as Dr. Richard Burke on 'Friends.' No matter what his age, Tom's face never seems to change, except when he shaved his mustache for 1997's 'In and Out.' (For shame, Tom!)
The 65-year-old Hollywood mainstay may be looking better than ever, but he still gets a little anxious about the aging process. In a 2005 interview with CBS, Selleck joked, 'Considering I'm deteriorating. I don't think it's good for work. You play an age range, and it would be better if I was known as an actor with an undetermined age - somewhere between Brad Pitt and death.
|
Quote:
SHARON STONE
At 52, Sharon Stone has always insisted that she'd never turn to plastic surgery, and considering she hasn't changed much since this 1990 photo (l.), she really doesn't need it!
"I think like young person and, although I try to keep myself fit and active, I won’t be taking desperate measures like facelifts and plastic surgery. I’m a great believer in letting nature take its course and living with what I’ve been given," Stone once said.
These days, not only has the actress been flaunting her svelte bod in skin-tight Herve Leger bandage dresses (above, r.), but she even posed topless on the cover of Paris Match magazine.
If she's trying to prove her 'Basic Instinct' sex appeal hasn't gone anywhere, we're definitely convinced!
|
Quote:
HARRISON FORD
His hair may have grayed, but Harrison Ford's face has hardly aged since his 'Star Wars' years. The now silver fox has publicly spoken out against plastic surgery, choosing to age naturally. Understandably so! Who would mess with a face like that?

JANET JACKSON
It's been more than 20 years since Janet Jackson, 43, set the airwaves on fire with 'Rhythm Nation,' and despite her fluctuating waistline, she's back in shape and looking better than ever.
Her secret to looking young now: A self-confessed emotional eater, Jackson has finally beaten the ***** using a combination of regular exercise with long-time trainer Tony Martinez and nutritional advice from diet/detox guru David Allen.

JULIA ROBERTS
The statuesque redhead with a megawatt smile stole our hearts more than 20 years ago in the romantic drama 'Mystic Pizza' before achieving international fame with 'Pretty Woman' in 1990. Two husbands, three children and one Oscar later, Julia Roberts, 42, still has her youthful glow.
Her secret: She practices Pilates and yoga to strengthen her core muscles after having children, and worked out with personal trainer Kathy Kaehler, who specializes in creating manageable exercise schedules for busy working moms.

CINDY CRAWFORD
After moving to New York in 1986, Cindy Crawford quickly became one of the best-known supermodels in the world, and released the top-selling 'Cindy Crawford Shape Your Body' workout in 1992. In 2010, the 44-year-old still looks like she could show the youngsters a thing or two on the runway.
'Drink lots of water, find a form of exercise you enjoy, and don't smoke,' is Crawford’s mantra. She also eats regularly to keep her metabolism up, and is reportedly a fan of the Zone diet. 'You have to eat regularly to maintain your energy levels - if you starve your body, it simply stores everything that you do eat,' she says.

ELLE MACPHERSON
You've got to be pretty confident to pull off a Leger bandage dress at any age, let alone after having two kids! Former supermodel Elle MacPherson continues to defy her 46 years, hitting the Louis Vuitton catwalk during Paris Fashion Week 2010. Up-and-coming models take note: This is how you do it right!

Ironically, one or two of the names you all have mentioned made the site's "stars who age badly" list.

I agree with Britney. Always looked so young.
I also think Christina should be there. She hasn't aged a day in 11 years.

She probably would have if she showed what she naturally looked like 90% of the time instead of caking on makeup and hiding her face. She looks great when she tones it down. I have no idea why she insists on using so much makeup most of the time. It actually makes her look older.
