What music streaming service are you currently using? And what are the merits and faults of it? I want to subscribe to one so please inform me!

I use Apple Music:

- Beats 1/the Radio Shows
- Occasional Exclusives
- Works with Siri, which is sooooo handy when driving
- Works on my iPhone, Macbook and Apple TV
- The BEST feature though I think is the iTunes Match, where if I download a mixtape/leak it automatically syncs it to all my devices

Cons:

I don't really have any, it's a streaming service and it does that. It used to be a bit buggy but it's a lot better now, there's still a lot of weird design choices though (there's a profile icon in the corner of almost every screen when it literally does nothing there's no social side to the app )

Spotify is basically all pros. It's easy to use, has a wide variety of songs. Cons is that they don't have the full catalogue of songs

I use Tidal

I don't have any problems w/ Spotify really. Nothing that truly concerns me

Spotify is undraggable

Spotify Pros:
Good app and desktop client
Student discount
Very easy to incorporate your library of downloaded music

Spotify Cons:
Occasionally I can't find music I'm interested in (Taylor Swift and other non-spotify releases, kpop, etc)

no issues with spotify for me.

TIDAL:
-Good quality.
-Easy to use.
-Exclusive material.

Cons:
-Since the whole ANTI thing, some songs wouldn't play for me. I couldn't play like 4 tracks from Anti, Ariana's singles, some of Zayn's songs, and more tracks. It seems they already fixed that tho.


APPLE MUSIC:
Pros.
-Emmm it really doesn't have any, other than the layout.

Cons:
-It's extremely buggy. I understand that, since it's the Android version. But still. So annoying.
-The offline content is not really.... Offline. I can't play any of the songs I download if I don't have signal/wifi.
-Songs take a lot to load sometimes.

I use TIDAL, Apple Music and Spotify.

Apple Music
+ Incorporates into your iTunes/iOS library.
+ Playcounts if you add the song to your library.
+ The 'For You' playlist choices are normally very accurate.
+ Has the best queuing system for playing music; why don't they all have a 'play next' function?
+ BEATS1 radio shows are brilliant.
+ Curator playlists from Pitchfork, Popjustice, Mixmag & more.
+ iCloud music library allows you to stream the songs from your library that are available on iTunes through wifi/3G.
+ Apple Music / connect exclusives
- It can mess up your iTunes library (changing artwork/tags, songs disappearing etc).
- iCloud music library can be buggy & slow, especially on mobile and if you have loads of songs.
- iCloud library has messed up my iPhone music library twice, forcing me to restore my iPhone.
- You can't share playlists.
- The playlists you create are offline only, and combining songs from your library & apple music can be messy.
- You get stupid playlist recommendations like "best songs to build a jisgsaw to" or something random.
- Searching for music loads way slower than Spotify & TIDAL on mobile.

Spotify
+ Best incorporation of social media.
+ You can share playlists with friends.
+ You can have collaborative playlists with friends.
+ You can stream great user-curated playlists.
+ Tailored playlists to find new music are normally impressive.
+ Student discount.
- The mobile app is a mess and often crashes.
- The queuing system for playing songs is a mess, there's no "play next" and the messy app often skips songs.
- Their attempt at 'radio' is lame.

TIDAL
+ HiFi subscription allows you to stream in FLAC.
+ Exclusive content.
+ Artist curated playlists.
+ The mobile and desktop app are the most intuitive / best looking of the three. Very clean looking and nice to use.
+ The mobile app is the least laggy out of the three for me.
+ I've had multiple free trials.
- The HiFi subscription is expensive.
- There's no radio service.
- The desktop app doesn't allow you to properly watch videos in fullscreen, you have to use the webplayer for that.

I still use iTunes, but to find new music &etc I use Spotify.

Spotify
+ wide selection of music
- recently released doesn't update until Friday and pushes big releases to the front

King Spotify. It has everything I need except The Lord's music I have her downloaded tho so not really a problem

Love Spotify but I always have this bag I cannot fix. I always update the app and iOS, but it never goes away.
Sometimes when I look for stuff, it says I'm offline, even though I'm not, and it takes like 10-15 seconds for it to figure out I'm online and display results
Anyone else have this issue?
