Carbs are EVIL. I cut out bread, bagels, pizza, all kinds of pasta, sweets,even potatoes for like a month, and people their jaws started to drop when they saw me after that month. I did eat, like, 6+ slices of bread a day tho.
i started eating all of the other carbs now because now i'm losing too much weight, i'm too skeletal not a good look! so now I'm back to pasta and nutella etc. but I'm still losing weight, why?
It's all about calories in vs calories out. For most people, you need 1500-2000 cals just to maintain your everyday regular body functions so that's something to consider whether you want to gain or lose weight, even if you're not working out
Carbs and fats are generally high cal foods and are usually eaten in large amounts rather than in moderation, so it's not that carbs as a whole are bad (you need a certain amount to be energized every day) but that people fail to watch their portions
people who cut out bread in order to be healthy might also be more inclined to cut out other unhealthy stuff in their diet. I can't imagine you lose all that weight from not eating bread
