Morris was the only one of the three who refused to return the soda
He has been charged with felony robbery in Springdale, Arkansas

A McDonald’s customer has been charged with robbery after he emptied a cup of water and filled it up with soda from a machine in a restaurant in Arkansas.
Cody Morris, 18, and two pals went to a drive-thru in Springdale and and asked for large cups of water.
But they then parked their car and dumped their cups before filling them up with soda.

The restaurant manager confronted the trio and told them to return the soda.
While his friends complied, Morris refused and walked out to his car.
The manager then tried to prevent him leaving and tried to get the keys out of the ignition.
