Have you or any of your friends/family members/coworkers joined one of these? omg they are so aggressive when they are trying to get you into it. If you agree to go to one of their "meetings" it gets even worse! they will harass you asking you to join them etc. isn't it scary tho? they seem hypnotized and really believe the company is real etc. They always promise the world and **** and when my friends have been on it they post pics in meetings, conventions out of state, etcetc making lots of money and then boom randomly its like they never were into that.

Yes, my dad is in an 'investor group'. I'm an associate too, but I can claim a bunch of **** like my gas receipts, take out and I bought a new Macbook Pro for 'business'.

It's kind of a win, and each year we go to an annual conference, this year is Orlando and next year is Las Vegas.

All these people I;'ve known always seem to so into it claiming theyre making thousands of dollars then suddenly theyre not and act like they were never into that.

OMG yes. Good thread. I got an interview, did research on the company and found out they were scammers & they kept calling me until I told them I knew they were scammers.

My friend got a job interview for it and I went with her and every employee was deaf which I found a bit odd (no offence). She got the job and she told me she'd have to knock on people's doors for hours and ask them to 'donate for charity' for about 7 hours.

Then, she finally had enough and quit and they didn't even pay her.

My sister's friend did that and they also tried to get my sister to do it too. (They called her nonstop. )

went to the interview, but once they told us we weren't getting paid for training and that we had to buy things to start the job I walked out

omg!! when I was in highschool they offered me an interview from my careerbuilders profile and they didn't say that was the actual job. They said it was customer service, make your own schedule and make up to 16 per hour I went and I was dying when I saw what it really was hihi. They had two part interviews and the only ones that went to the second part were the ones that looked young under 20 lmfao. There was a midget who was so happy almost crying saying this was gonna be his first real job I ****ing left and never went back they wanted me to join their company lol/
