Canada To Legalize Marijuana in 2017
health minster of canada just announced that the canadian government plans on implementing a federal legislation in spring of 2017. the details of the legislation have not been revealed yet, but marijuana will become legalized on a fedral level.

they're trying to get a proper system established before they legalize it. i'm excited i wish it came sooner for the summer, but this will do.

I was about to say how it was a sign to move to Canada since I turn 21 that year, then I remembered their legal substance use age is 18.

it's actually 19 for most, with the exceptions of a few provinces
