If they want it to work then perhaps they should implement stricter moderation in the thread. ATRL HQ is great for reading about ATRL-related news, updates... closing it because members aren't "behaving" seems lazy and is disappointing because the thread is pretty valuable. Why wouldn't it work if the moderation was stronger there? Delete and warn pointless posts, give out more thread-bans etc?
