So where I'm from we don't know what Calculus is but since most americans love to brag about online how they good at calculus or something along those lines I decided to google it to find out what it is: To my surprise Calculus turned out to be your generic "Mathematical analysis" which is taught at higher education in post-soviet countries.
Westerners call Calculus the branch of mathematics that combine "Real analysis", "Functional analysis" and "Differential equations" into one discipline which is dubbed Calculus in the west but the funniest thing is how americans act like it the hardest subject when in reality it is not even close to being the hardest out of all advanced mathematics. But Americans love to emphasize on this particular area by stressing how much they are good at math when making a point.
Why are Americans obsessed with Calculus? Explain to me?
Because "Americans are stupid, I hate Americans!!!! So I'll make a thread about Americans to show how stupid they are. Did I forget to say I hate Anericans!!!"

I'm not American but I feel like if you don't know what calculus is you should be questioning your local education system.
It's not always called Calculus in other education systems. Sometimes, it's just part of an integrated math program. For instance, I went to school in Trinidad and this was just part of math.
