I think most of this is joking but people show her dresses for an event, she picks one, wears it. I doubt she had Beyonce in mind, the dress has a few similarities but she took nothing from it. They both look beautiful tho in those pics.

I think it's cute on both. I actually like the simplicity of Kat's a bit better; Bey should've gone braless or with a strapless bra/tape and dropped either the necklace or the earrings.

I just noticed Beyonce had her bra strap showing which made it look a little different to me.

Mess my first thought was "she's stealing Ciara's looks"
