I think Sony feel bad for everything that happened over that 3-year period after she won X Factor and now that they've got the ball rolling a bit again with the upward trajectory of Sweet Talk > Shake That > Always, they're doing whatever it takes to keep her going. She has a #1 single and ARIA Award to her name, they know she has what it takes to do wonders for them again with the right song, timing, promo and momentum. But all the stars need to align like they did on X Factor winner's week.
