Why does this show find it so hard to keep actors?

lol this cast keeps jumping ship. I can't wait for all the behind the scenes drama to come to light one day.

The only thing keeping me watching TW is Scott, Malia, and Mason (he better be getting bumped up to seires regular, I will cut someone if it is another white twink )

In general its probably because it is a lowish rated show on a network that doesnt pay a lot. Most of the actors that leave have projects lined up, but in this case it looks like they didnt want my asian queen

One or two leaving is normal, when you have half the major series regular cast jumping ship with little warning, there is something more going on behind the scenes.

Jeff Davis did her character SO wrong. She was basically useless during fighting and that one time she can fight, somehow something bad possessed her. She can never win.

You can tell that she's not close with the cast members. She doesn't hangout with them other than on red carpet or on set.

From what I have picked up on from other past cast members comments, the original main group stick together and don't really open up for others.

I mean definitely there is probably something going on behind the scenes but I really think being a MTV show is one of the major factors. Also Jeff Davis seems to be pretty lenient regarding the actors audition or leave the show for other projects.

Like Colton, Adelaide Kane, Daniel Sharman all got roles on the CW soon after leaving TW and while CW isnt what it use to be it is still a big step up from MTV.
