I cringe everytime ive seen anyone refer to Mmm Papi as
surf rock. That title comes with entirely new implications these days. Mmm Papi maybe is slightly reminiscent of like....cheesy 60s kitsch musicals? Like those ones on the beach I guess? That has nothing to do with rock.
