It says in the article both Canada & the US don't want to add Romania, Bulgaria and Czech Republic to the visa free program for 'security reasons'. They might be able to work out a deal, but it looks like neither will budge.

Considering how many Canadians and Americans travel to Europe, chances are visas won't happen.

This is probably the newest members to the EU who are forced to welcome Canadians/Americans visa free, while they can't visit Canada or the US without obtaining a visa prior to departure crying foul. This issue has been around for a few years now. They want a total reciprocal policy.

Though, expects don't think visas will actually be a thing because of the high volume of visitors they get from North America.

Americans should spend their weak dollars at home... i mean a nation which makes trump happen will need it in the future.

secondly, only americans who can find europe on a map should be allowed to travel over the atlantic.. i mean for savety reasons. people with low IQs can't understand culture and will probably croak over here..

I love Europe a million times more than USA, but it's not like it (as a whole, not just western/northern Europe) can afford to destroy such a massive resource like that.
