You don't. You rarely see any of the animals in the OP if you live in an urban area. Crocodiles live in the far-north of Australia where the waters are warm and the population is sparse but fatal attacks do occasionally occur... but like sharks, you are in their territory.
Common spiders such as daddy long legs and huntsman aren't dangerous and those in the OP are garden spiders that just happened to catch a tiny baby snake or flying fox in their web. Venomous spiders do exist in urban areas, though, you have to be vigilant (i.e. check out door furniture, don't stick your hand between rocks, check the mailbox before you stick your hand in it etc). Nobody has died to a spider bite since 1979.
The most common snake you'll find in a city (and even then, they're mainly found on the suburban fringe) are non-threatening constrictor pythons which aren't venomous and just eat rats. 99% of deaths to snakes happen in remote locations where antivenin cannot be administered quick enough.
