SNSD outsold the Pussycat Dolls.
I was wondering, with confirmed digital sales of 60,905,087 tracks and a total of 75-80 million in South Korea alone, have Girls' Generation outsold the Pussycat Dolls, or whoever the bestselling digital US girl group is yet?

But they will never touch the impact or global success of the phenomenon that was The Pussycat Dolls. No other girl group will ever do that.

They've released 17 singles, which is the same as the Pussycat Dolls, according to their Wikipedia.
Of course the list is going to be long, because it includes album tracks and multiple versions of each song.
Doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

PCD have done 76 shows and their reported tour grosses show $10.6M for 15 shows.
Girls' Generation have done 970,000 in attendance (with two shows not reported) with 91 shows. That doesn't count the SM Town Live World Tours where fans travel from all over the globe (including me) to come see them. They pulled over $1M in one date back in 2011, setting a record for Asian artists.

Girls' Generation lasted for more than three years and they have more impact in Asia than PCD did WW. On top of that, GG have a pretty solid global fanbase and continue to gain in fame.

Those 30 singles include Gee (Korean version), Gee (Japanese version), The Boys (Korean version), The Boys (English Version), Catch me If You Can (Korean Version), Catch Me If You Can (Japanese version), Mr Taxi (Korean version), Mr Taxi (Japanese version) etc.
Same for the '7 albums'.
Last time I checked, the same song in two different languages isn't 2 different singles.
Again, look at the actual names of the songs.
