Lowkey. There's this street near my house; it's a 50km/h zone and I've done over 100km/h on it. GRANTED it is a big, long, wide road and there are virtually no cars on it ever and I do it at night.
The slow drivers deserve it because when they drive fast they appropriate fast-drivers' culture.
