According to AL.com, investigators began looking into Solomon after the girl, who was 17 at the time, reported their alleged relationship to school officials.
They immediately called Falkville Police and terminated his contractor.
According to police, the alleged sexual contact took place at Solomon's former home and when questioned by officers, they claim he admitted the offence.
He was then transferred to Morgan County Jail where he was being held on a $5,000 bond but he has since been released.
I think it's more the "abuse of a position of authority" thing. Like how professors aren't supposed to sleep with their students in college and they're all legal.

Age of consent is 16 so he good. And most 16-17 year old females (especially this new generation) look like grown women so he is not a pedophile or even ephebophilia. I don't understand why people don't expect these men to be attracted to these girls. Yes he is wrong because he's on the job, but he's not in any shape wrong for being attracted to her.
I mean she is 17.
