It's a sticky subject.. Yes I've done that before. I know it's wrong to have this double standard in society, but yeah. I've grabbed my straight (and gay) acquaintances' cakes before.

If it's a friend/acquaintance I guess it's not that big of a deal. And I'm tempted to say if I'm at a party or something and someone gets me with a surprise ass grab, it's not a big a deal and it's not sexual harassment.. But not everyone thinks like that and many, many, individuals would feel violated by that. So I suppose it's best not to do it altogether?

No, I've never touched someone or said anything sexual to anyone when I wasn't sure if they'd like it or not. Maybe being a female I am more aware of that type of thing

I initially misunderstood the question. Still, here it is.

I once placed myself in a position where my supervisor made these comments that were relatively innocent but inappropriate for the work place. He was handsome; I was flattered; and I didn't make much of it. But within weeks he moved up a notch and made a borderline vulgar comment so I had to stop him. He said that he thought I was OK with it. I felt like a moron for putting myself in that position and was never able to look at him the same way.

No, I've never and never will, especially because people may mistake playing aorund like that with something else and that might not ended up well for me.
