I can during exercises and it's pretty good for the muscles. I normally take about between 30 seconds and 1 minute to do so before moving onto doing press ups and push-ups.
I have the least flexible back in the world and I can still arch it so idk what you were trying to get at with this thread. Literally everyone will answer yes except that one member that's paralyzed from the waist up
