Spiderman - how many times we gotta see Uncle Ben die? He's one of the least interesting superheroes too
Batman - Same with Spidey. There's only so many times we can see his parents getting murdered. Also The Dark Knight trilogy was AMAZING and i don't see any adaptation topping that for a long time
Superman - All the Superman films are kinda bad although there have been so many of them but he's THE superhero so i don't think it's possible for him to be overdone
Superman, yes. The most overrated basic superhero ever (and by basic, there's nothing interesting about the character other than his overpowered abilities).
Spider-Man's latest iteration is a necessity in order to re-align the world of Spider-man with Marvel's universe. So it's not all that bad honestly.
Batman, I can never get enough of him. BvS is the first iteration where I actually felt that they hit the character spot-on perfectly; and Nolan's Batman is grossly overrated for its lack of depth. All those films and the Bat never fully utilized his potential.
Just Spider-Man, because he has been so overexposed in the last few years.

And now he'll have his own movies again and will also appear in the Infinity War movies. It's simply too much.
The Christopher Nolan Batman trilogy remains the standard while the TV show Gotham is amazing and the Arkhym games are the best superhero game out there so no.
They can retire Superman cuz nobody has given a hoot about him for half a century while that new guy ruined The spectacular Spiderman movies.
