It's kinda true though like I don't want to generalize but a lot of Chinese tourists are very rude and have no manners. It's unfortunate because it affects those of us who are ethnically Chinese but not from China negatively when we're in foreign countries

It's not just the Chinese tourists, it's also the Chinese international students who go to college here. They don't wash their hands after they've used the restroom, they don't flush, they speak really loudly in libraries and study lounges, they chew really loudly, etc. It's just a different culture I guess.

There was a wave of chinese migrants into SE Asia 60-80 years ago. So many of Thais in this generation are mixed or half-Chinese (racially).
