considering we need technology more than ever, tech savviness is more important than the others anyway

screaming at the gen X-ers hiring lazy millennials. Clearly they have no idea how to conduct their businesses if they cant even hire a qualified staff.

Breaking news 40 year olds with much more experience are much more effective than people in their 20s and senile elders

Uh, duh? More work experience makes them more effective at their jobs.

Plus millennials will be the key force that'll help in the tech industries. Especially since technology (being so widespread and critical to many industries) is going to require more and younger tech savvy individuals entering the workforce.

! with technology related jobs on the rise, the younger generations are going to be the ones that are snatching those jobs and being skilled in those areas while the older generations will lag behind and suffer

The older generations are the ones teaching the millennials the skills to succeed in these tech jobs.

They are very distracted at work and they are horrible team members , if and when I become a manager I'll make them pay for their laziness
