There's no real hype around it now and people will say it will flop. But this is James Cameron we're talking about. The hype machine will start when the first poster comes out. It will be massive once Disney's Pandora theme park opens as well. All you naysayers just wait and see

i find it hard to be excited for something that's so far away but i will DEFINITELY be seeing it. idc what anyone else says, i thoroughly enjoyed the first one and i'm sure the sequel will be spectacular as well

Nope. I loved the film in 2009 but I actually forgot about it until I saw this thread. Maybe if I rewatch it I'll be excited, though.

The first one is magical. Imagine how the sequel will look like with the technology we have now. And no, the story wasn't horrible at all.
