What? No he doesn't. His coffee is not going anywhere... he can wait. I don't blame that woman. Everybody is human and no one has the right to just cut you, without explanation.
Ch.... when it comes to coffee (although it really doesn't matter that much) then cutting in front of someone is still rude considering they've most likely been waiting longer than you. If a police officer is off-duty, then they have no right to cut in front of anyone. They don't get special priveleges just because they're a cop. That and I will not kiss a rude cop's ass over some overpriced coffee.
