Bridgit Mendler did a little show in a club this past Monday and performed a few new songs. A fan who was there asked her some questions about her music career...
The fan asked what happened to her and Hollywood Records and she said that their partnership didn't work out, no more further info why.
According to him, she sang 8 new songs with Jazz influences (nothing like anything on her debut album) and asked if she was signed or was trying to find a label and she said no.
He also asked if she was going to release any of the songs on digital formats and she said no too.

That means she probably gave up on her music career and is only going to perform her songs live, like Lauryn Hill (which is one of her biggest inspirations).
The album was never coming lmao. I love her and her 1st album is one of my fav debuts but she's somewhat difficult and her attitude at times is a turn off. Hoping she changes her mind, her voice and songs are magic
