From the song, to the collaboration, to the music video, to everything.
After Pills N Potions didn't take off, the transparency of this video was obvious.
Also Unconditionally + Do What U Want which both performed very similar, with a similar amount of performances, and both were not the hits that would warrant the amount of performances they got.

They were performed a lot cuz they were 2nd singles coming together with the Album (or right before/right after).
They weren't performed to be hits, which any pop artists wants from their songs anyway - to be successful.
'Pretty Girls'. Britney and her team probably thought that using Iggy Azalea (who was the It Girl of the moment) on a track produced by the same person did 'Fancy' (7 weeks at #1) would blow up. Didn't come to be, unfortunately. Song peaked at #29 on the Hot 100.
