the resolution of the screen cannot be distinguished by the human eye once it reaches the level of the iPhone 5. Anything past that is a waste.
The display on Android is AMOLED which does look more pleasing to the eye, but resolution wise it doesn't need to be a high as it is.
No point chucking a screen on a phone when the hardware can't handle it
It's nothing to be proud of.
