What an asinine generalization. Politics are much more complex than this silly black-and-white reduction would suggest, and I know plenty of reasonable, intelligent people who lean more to the right than left.
The bulk of posters on this forum hop the on the liberal wagon because they're good to the gays, and yet they know next to nothing about liberal vs conservative ideologies of economic protocol, the role of the government, etc. Most of you are one-issue voters.
Just because the mainstream conservative movement is sniffing glue off camera doesn't mean the rest of us who support some of their core tenants are partaking as well. I'm a moderate who leans more to the right, and I'm not an idiot; the only reason I'm not voting red is because they're too radical for me.
