YES! It's obvious her voice hasn't been so great lately but she has had some MOMENTS, that's for sure.
She has the ultimate 'pop voice'. Her cutesy 80s vocals will forever be iconic and were amazing, whew. After she started professionally training her voice in the late 90s she really showed what she could do with it. She hasn't the biggest range or whatever, but she carries so much raw emotion with her voice and I love it.
Especially her eighties vocals. They are so beautiful, and though not her best technically speaking, my favorite of hers because of how raw and angelic-sounding they are.
Ye, she's got a good voice. Better than an average pop girl.
Throughout her career she sang in different voices too. From youthful resonance of her first few albums, to raspy smoky voice on Live to Tell / Like A Prayer, to trained vocalist of Evita / Ray of Light, to more mature sound on American Life / Music / Confessions, to now this strange immature voice on recent hits trying to sound like she did in mid 80s.
