So this is a budget version? They're not going to add a feature like that for one generation of phones. So the "exclusive to the 6s line" has to be incorrect.

This is nothing new, but on the plus side, the iPhone SE will have the same processor, memory, and camera as the iPhone 6S, albeit for a much more affordable $250-$300 off contract price.

I have a 6S and have never used 3D touch. I don't even know how to activate it.

Once it's enabled in settings, you press with varying force to open submenus for apps. Like press the camera app to get a list of quick options.

Keep dreaming. More like $400-$500 off contract.

You don't need to activate, it you just use more pressure to press buttons.

It's an additional model. Some people think the 5's size is perfect.

I like that they are doing a version like this for the SE.

Most people hate the huge size of the 6s and 6s+. I love my 6s+ as well as 3D touch. They definitely wouldn't add a 6s exclusive feature to the budget version. Also, it costs Apple a LOT of money to add those screens! Which is another reason why 3D touch wasn't included in iPad Pro.

I use it all the time, especially in safari it's really useful to preview links on ATRL/Reddit/News sites

What happened to the C line? Unless the price is competitive, I can't see why anyone would want the SE.

I think the SE name is kind of a mess but this will finally shut up the people who think 4" is still the perfect size.

No it's not, it's pressure based. There are different actions for long touches and deep touches.

The C will be gone and this will essentially replace it.
