It looks like these images of Kesha on holiday in Australia, and the reaction from forums and social media (e.g. above), are why Dr Luke called her "a ****ing refrigerator", which is one of Kesha's main examples of Dr Luke verbally and mentally abusing her, triggering her going to a 15-day health centre.
