Before "1989" there was this stigma going around that Katy is "basic" and doesn't progress etc. Which caused people to feel like she was inferior (although sales disagree) to their fave.

But Post-1989 it seems like people appreciate Katy more, probably because she's the same person in her interviews that she is behind closed doors, and people appreciate that. Not everybody is like that.

So who do you personally respect more? Taylor Swift or Katy Perry?

I personally respect Katy's drive more. Watching all the behind the scenes and the tour documentaries, you really get a true sense of how hard she works, not that Taylor doesn't work but just not to the same extent.

The other one who is a self proclaimed feminist cares more about destroying her competition and ruining their careers than supporting them and promoting kindness. She will simply chuck money at people, at charity, at her staff who do all the presents for fans and then claim the credit for herself. If you leave her girl squad thats it for you, there's no return.

I agree. However, Katy has a bit of sassy-ness and spice to her personality, but Taylor is always trying to act nice.

She must be FUMING at the fact that Selena is seeing chart success after she forced Selena not to promote Good For You.
