Inspired by the Kesha/Dr Luke case, do you believe in "Innocent until proven guilty" or "Guilty until proven innocent", and why? Is your view different depending on the case scenario?
I posted a similar thread to this a couple of days ago, but it was quickly closed as we're not allowed to discuss serious real life issues on ATRL.
Oh oops. I don't get why that was closed, maybe this will stay open as its more general maybe? It's certainly an interesting discussion to have and particularly relevant at the moment.
Innocent until proven guilty.
The other option is much more harmful because it can really ruin someone's life even if that someone is proven innocent later.
