Kesha has run out of money to fund what has become a very expensive legal battle ... and, no surprise, she's blaming her financial woes on Dr. Luke. Sources connected with the singer tell us, aside from the fact that Kesha "has been on ice for 3 years," they say Dr. Luke has withheld royalties from her. As a result, she has virtually no income. We're told Kesha did not solicit money, and Taylor Swift gave her the $250k on her own accord.
I saw this coming it must be expensive and with no income and the fact they wont let her go and force her to stay with them knowing she still has to deal with him since he's her label boss. If sony AND luke would care not only about their reputation but also about Kesha's financial situation they should at least transfer her to a Sony label but without being associated with kemosabe which is something they could do if Sony wants to keep her for whatever reason they are keeping her.
