It depends whether it's a Entry-Level DSLR you need or a more advanced one, I can give you recommendations depending on how much you want to spend.
Nikon D3300, the best entry level DSLR out there at the minute, I have it and it's fantastic, it's 24.2 MP, no optical low pass filter which means that you'll have sharper pictures, the D5500 has this as well.
