Caitlyn Jenner suing car driver in front of her during crash

...the basis for the alleged negligence on Steindorff’s part is that she was sitting at the light after it turned green because she had been inattentive.
According to Jessica’s attorney, Robert Simon, “It’s unfortunate that she continues to not take responsibility for a crash she clearly caused.”
