This is according to the National Chicken Council, a non-profit trade group that represents the U.S. chicken industry, which looks into such things this time every year. (2016's Super Bowl estimate is 37.5 million, or 3 percent, more wings than last year, which totaled 1.25 billion.)
Seventy-five percent of the wings we'll eat will come from restaurants such as Wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings, rather than from the supermarket, NCC says.
What on earth.
No wonder the obesity rates are through the roof
That's like 5 per person, not including the fact that many people won't have any at all, some are vegetarians, and that kids eat less (or maybe not, knowing america).
