I am watching this documentary called 'Do I Sound Gay?' which analyses how men are stereotyped to speak in a certain tone. (I am not implying all do this, though that stereotype is the premise of the documentary)
Do you think you sound "gay"? A little? A lot? What have been the effects of that for you?
Random but I feel like a lot of straight people now have that tone where sentences end in a pitch. It reminds me of the Valley accent.
I'm not sure. I probably do.
I watched this documentary and while it was cute, I was hoping for a little bit more depth. Not sure what I was expecting out of a "Do I Sound gay?" documentary, but I'd still recommend the watch.
It's pretty varied. Sometimes when I listen to recordings of myself I get Frankie Grande level gay but other times I sound really really butch like Shawn Mendes
