how badly have you failed an exam? i have my accounting mid term tomorrow and am absolutely screwed. there's no way i am going to pass. i would rather get in a semi serious car accident than have to take it.
are in HS or uni? either way from where im from (NZ) it isnt serious if you fail one paper/class. you can retake it or something else, it doesnt really matter as long as youre doing fine or great in your other classes. Employers and academic institutions wont care.

Just suck it up and take it. If you fail at least you knew you were going to but if by some chance you manage to pass by guessing than you'll be happy. I also suggest drinking before going in to seal your fate.
Well in college I failed tests I studied all night for. I've gotten Fs and D+s and passed with either a C- or failed with a D with the option to retake. I'm bad at tests. I think I know it and so I get cocky and always wind up failing. I failed all my prerequisites now I'm changing majors

Take it easy, it's a lot easier to take a test and study if you try to remain as calm as possible (it's hard though). If there's a lot to study, try studying the basics or something you know for sure will be on the test.
Worst case scenario: If you bomb the midterm and still want to go through with the class (rather than drop), just know what you at least know how your professor's tests operate and hopefully, you'll be able to do what you need to do to improve on the final.
Holy **** accounting? I failed my first class with it cause i was too lax nnn yolo my ass. I was so mad at myself for failing it so i retook it in the next sem and aced it to a near perfect grade.
