I stan for both these ladies so I'm curious to see the outcome of this.
I know Gaga has her version finished and polished up and Britney's is just a demo.
But who do you think rocked this song more or had the potential to rock it more?
You can't use the "it was just a demo" excuse here. Songs sound better in final versions because voice effects which make them sound not that raw are being added. How was that mess supposed to get better?

without the autotune it would have sounded better, and no, demos can completely change in the final version.
AT the same time Britney's hasn't even mastered. It was a demo... you can't realy compare Demo to Mastered. But IMO if Britney did master it I still think Gaga and Bey would have done it better!
I like Gaga's final version better. Although I think Britney aimed to sing Telephone like Gaga sung it on the original Telephone demo which wasn't as fast-paced or as 'hard', and IMO britney sounded better on the hook (k-kinda busy etc.). If it weren't for that horrible autotune at the beginning, Britney's could have sounded alright overall.
