I can only speak for me, but I think grammar exists for a reason. The rules are in place to make sure that your writing is readable and understandable.
Otherwise, the sentence I just typed could look like this...

Plus, I'm a journalist, so grammar and formatting are a big part of my job.
However, I used to be a
lot more insufferable about it. I remember an incident years ago when I was caught picking on some Youtube commenter because of her grammar, even after I learned that she wasn't a native English speaker. It was really mean of me, and I still feel bad about it to this day.
That said, if English is your native tongue, I expect you to know the difference between "your" and "you're." That's not unreasonable, is it?
