Several familiar faces are about to make their return to reality TV.
Lifetime recently released the first trailer for their new series "The Mother/Daughter Project: Celebrity Edition." On the show, therapist Dr. Debbie Magids will try to repair the broken relationships between six famous mother/daughter duos, through eight weeks of intensive therapy sessions.
The first duo is "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kim Richards and daughter Kimberly Jackson. "The Mother/Daughter Experiment" is Kim's first reality show, since being arrested for shoplifting, completing a stay in rehab and being fired from "RHOBH" over the summer.
Kim's relationship with her daughter has been affected, due to Kim's recent relapse in her sobriety from alcohol, which led to her arrests. In the trailer, Kim admits to Kimberly that none of her actions were done on purpose.
"I've never done anything intentionally," Kim cried to her daughter.
Another cast member on "The Mother/Daughter Experiment" will be "The Hills" star Heidi Pratt, who is joining the show with mother Darlene Egelhoff. The two have been estranged for quite some time, due to Heidi's controversial marriage with Spencer Pratt. These two will reunite to address their issues with one another.
"You ripped my heart out of my soul," Heidi cried to her mother.
"I just have so many regrets," Darlene confessed to Heidi, before Heidi forgives Darlene.
The rest of the cast includes "Bad Girls Club" star Natalie Nunn, "Hollywood Exes" star Jessica Canseco, Kevin Federline's ex Shar Jackson and Courtney Stodden, who married 51-year-old Doug Hutchinson at the age of 16. Courtney reveals that her marriage to Doug caused some serious issues between her and her mother.
"What mother would do that to her daughter: fall in love with her own husband?" Courtney asked in the trailer.
Of course, these mother/daughter duos will clash with one another along the way. One of the biggest fights from the upcoming season seems to be between Kim and Natalie, who engage in several screaming matches with each other.
To see if these mothers and daughters can repair their relationships, tune in to "The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition." The series premieres Tuesday, March 1, at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.
